I support couples in finding understanding and adults in working through difficult experiences. I use solution-focused therapy and EMDR, focusing on strengths and ways forward.

Psychological consultation in English
You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable
A psychological consultation is a one-to-one meeting where you can talk about what has brought you here and what you need right now. Together, we explore your difficulties, make sense of your reactions and consider what kind of support may be helpful. You can speak openly, without pressure to explain everything at once. A consultation can be a single meeting or a starting point for further support, depending on your needs and the specialist’s scope of practice. Appointments in English are available at our Warsaw clinic and online.

I support couples in rebuilding closeness, communication and a sense of safety. I also work with adults experiencing emotional difficulties. Together, we explore how earlier experiences affect present relationships.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Please contact reception — we will be happy to help.
How long is the first meeting?
Usually about 50 minutes. It is time to describe your situation, ask questions and consider what kind of support would be suitable.
Can I combine online and in-person appointments?
In many cases, yes. Discuss the format with your psychologist so that it suits your needs and the work you are doing together.
What if I do not feel comfortable with the specialist?
It can take time to feel at ease, and not every professional is the right fit for every person. You can talk about this openly. We can help you consider another specialist or an alternative source of support.
Can I receive confirmation that I attended?
If you need written confirmation of attendance, discuss this with us. A psychological consultation does not provide a medical sick note.
What if I need urgent help?
Appointments at Milevia do not replace emergency care. If there is an immediate threat to life or health in Poland, call 112 or go to a hospital emergency department.
Is what I say confidential?
We treat information shared in appointments confidentially, subject to applicable legal requirements. Your psychologist can explain the arrangements and answer questions at the start of your work together.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. You can come because something feels difficult, even if you do not yet know how to describe it. If an assessment might be helpful, your psychologist can discuss the options with you.
