Online or in person?

Choose the format that suits your circumstances and the support you need. Online appointments are not necessarily the best option for everyone.

Not sure which format to choose? Our reception team can help you find a suitable option.

Online may work well if you:

  • live outside Warsaw or travel frequently
  • want to spend less time travelling to appointments
  • feel more comfortable talking from your own quiet space
  • need greater flexibility when organising appointments

An appointment at the clinic may suit you better if:

  • it is difficult to find privacy at home
  • you prefer meeting in person at the clinic
  • your chosen service, or part of it, requires an in-person appointment

How does an online appointment work?
